    01What does it cost?
    From €149 + VAT. The final price depends on what you want to show: a simple exterior costs less than a furnished floor in three layouts. You get a fixed price in writing before any work starts, within 24 hours if we have the material, and asking commits you to nothing.
    02How do I pay?
    Half when we start and the other half once you approve the first version. With an invoice, and no subscriptions.
    03Can I see my building before I order?
    Yes, if you own it or hold the leasing mandate. We prepare a free sample of its exterior in 3D, with its surroundings, on a private link. Ask for it in the form with the property address.
    04How do you market an office building before it is refurbished?
    By showing how it will look. From the plans we build an interactive 3D visualization of the building and its refurbished floors, empty or furnished, which prospects walk through on your website or their phone before the works finish. Read the full guide
    05What is the alternative to Matterport for offices that are not refurbished yet?

    06Can you make a virtual tour of an office without scanning the space?
    Yes. We build it from the floor plans, photos or the listing, with no site visit and no 360 camera. That is why it also works for empty floors, spaces under construction and offices awaiting refurbishment. 3D virtual tour of an office building
    07What do I need to send?
    Plans, photos or the property listing, whatever you have. A PDF of the plans is fine. If something is missing, such as ceiling heights, we estimate it and the viewer says so.
    08How do I put it on my website?
    With a link or a button, on any website. If you want the 3D inside the page, whoever runs your site pastes a block of code. Listing portals that do not allow embeds still get the link: use it in your listing text, brochure and replies to prospects.
    09Do my prospects need to install anything?
    No. It opens in the browser on a phone or computer. If a device cannot load the 3D, it shows images of the property instead.
    10What does a project include?
    The viewer for the agreed areas, its link, up to 3 rounds of changes and 12 months of hosting. Anything outside that is quoted in writing before we do it.
    11How long does it take?
    From 24 hours for the simplest projects, once the scope is agreed. Interiors or several floors take longer; the exact date is in the written quote.
    12What if several brokers market the building?
    We agree at the start who orders it, which brand it carries and who can share the link. If the owner orders it, every broker on the building can use the same presentation.
    13What if I only need to know whether we fit?
    To check that the workstations fit, a floor plan with the layout is sometimes enough. The viewer pays off when you also need to show the result to the people who decide, or to market the building with it.
    14What happens after 12 months?
    You renew only if you want to, with the price in writing before the term ends. Nothing is charged automatically.
    15Are the examples on this site real properties?
    No. Visedra designed them to show how it works. The viewer does not replace a measured survey or technical documentation either.
