What data we process and why

When you submit the form we process your name, your email, your company if you provide it, and the details of the building or office you share, for the sole purpose of reviewing your request and replying with a quote. We also record the language and currency you were using, and the page from which you reached the form, so we can reply consistently. You are not added to any marketing list and your data is not transferred to third parties for their own purposes.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the pre-contractual measures you request when you write to us (article 6.1.b of the GDPR) and, if you order, on the performance of the project. The technical logs needed to deliver and protect the service are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in the security of the website. Cookieless usage statistics are based on our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used so we can improve it (article 6.1.f).

Retention

We keep the request while we handle it. If you order, the project data is kept for as long as the contractual, accounting and tax obligations require. If there is no order, we delete the request when it is no longer needed.

Recipients and providers

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare, which also stores our own statistics) and our email provider (Spacemail) process the information to deliver and protect the service. These providers may operate from outside the European Economic Area under their processing terms and the applicable safeguards. We make no automated decisions about your request.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to hola@visedra.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or with the data protection authority of the country where you live. We do not sell personal information.

Website language

Cloudflare, our hosting provider, tells us an approximate country, and we use it to pick the language the site first opens in. Without it, we use your browser's language. If you pick a language in the selector, we keep that choice in the cookie described below.

Cookies and analytics

The public website sets a single first-party cookie, and only if you pick a language in the selector: it remembers your choice and carries no personal data. Private proposals use one necessary cookie for access, with sessions of up to 24 hours. Our infrastructure may process technical logs to deliver and protect the service.

We measure how the website is used with our own statistics system. It runs on our Cloudflare infrastructure, uses no cookies and stores no identifier on your device. It records which pages you visit and where you came from (the referring website or the campaign in the link), how long you spend on each page and how far you scroll, what you click, how you use the 3D demos and the form (never what you type into it) and technical data such as browser, operating system, screen size, language, loading speed, errors, the device model if your browser provides it, the approximate area you connect from (city and postal code, estimated from the network) and the name of that network, which for companies with their own network is the company’s name. Private proposals count their visits the same way, so we know when they are viewed.

We do not store your IP address. We only use it in the moment, together with your browser details, to compute an anonymous code that changes every day, so we cannot recognize you from one day to the next or know who you are. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we record nothing. We keep these statistics for up to 13 months and only we can see them.
