Before you order, see your building in 3D
If you own the building or hold the leasing mandate, we prepare a free sample of its exterior in 3D, with its surroundings, on a private link. All we need is the address: ask for it in the form by ticking the free sample box.
How we work
- You send the material: plans, photos or the listing. A PDF is fine.
- Within 24 hours you get a fixed quote, or we tell you what is missing.
- We start once you accept it and pay the first half.
- You review each version on the same link, with up to 3 rounds of changes.
- You approve, pay the second half and the link is ready to share.
It is a visual presentation for marketing the property. It does not replace a measured survey or technical documentation.
What does it cost?

How do I pay?

Can I see my building before I order?
Yes, if you own it or hold the leasing mandate. We prepare a free sample of its exterior in 3D, with its surroundings, on a private link. Ask for it in the form with the property address.
How do you market an office building before it is refurbished?
By showing how it will look. From the plans we build an interactive 3D visualization of the building and its refurbished floors, empty or furnished, which prospects walk through on your website or their phone before the works finish.
What is the alternative to Matterport for offices that are not refurbished yet?
A 3D visualization built from the floor plans. Matterport scans the space as it is, so an unrefurbished office shows the works or its current state. From the plans you can show the finished result now, even in several layouts.
Can you make a virtual tour of an office without scanning the space?
Yes. We build it from the floor plans, photos or the listing, with no site visit and no 360 camera. That is why it also works for empty floors, spaces under construction and offices awaiting refurbishment.
What do I need to send?
Plans, photos or the property listing, whatever you have. A PDF of the plans is fine. If something is missing, such as ceiling heights, we estimate it and the viewer says so.
How do I put it on my website?
With a link or a button, on any website. If you want the 3D inside the page, whoever runs your site pastes a block of code. Listing portals that do not allow embeds still get the link: use it in your listing text, brochure and replies to prospects.
Do my prospects need to install anything?
No. It opens in the browser on a phone or computer. If a device cannot load the 3D, it shows images of the property instead.
What does a project include?
The viewer for the agreed areas, its link, up to 3 rounds of changes and 12 months of hosting. Anything outside that is quoted in writing before we do it.
How long does it take?
From 24 hours for the simplest projects, once the scope is agreed. Interiors or several floors take longer; the exact date is in the written quote.
What if several brokers market the building?
We agree at the start who orders it, which brand it carries and who can share the link. If the owner orders it, every broker on the building can use the same presentation.
What if I only need to know whether we fit?
To check that the workstations fit, a floor plan with the layout is sometimes enough. The viewer pays off when you also need to show the result to the people who decide, or to market the building with it.
What happens after 12 months?
You renew only if you want to, with the price in writing before the term ends. Nothing is charged automatically.
Are the examples on this site real properties?
No. Visedra designed them to show how it works. The viewer does not replace a measured survey or technical documentation either.
