Private proposals hosted under this domain require the password provided to their recipient and are intended only for their evaluation. Sharing that access or extracting, copying or redistributing their models, images or texts is not permitted.
3D demos and samples
The example office, the seafront building and the seafront penthouse are original Visedra designs made to show the viewer. They are not available properties or client projects, and their dimensions, occupancy and lighting cannot be used to assess a real property. What we prepare in a project depends on the documentation available and is delivered with its scope in writing; it is not a measured survey, a BIM model or a certified solar study.
Intellectual property
The 3D models, images, texts, brand and code of visedra.com belong to their owner or are used under the corresponding license. Viewers delivered to a client are used according to the permissions agreed in their quote; source files and modification rights are transferred only when expressly agreed. The viewer uses open-source components whose notices are published on the site itself.
