Visedra is a Madrid studio that turns office and building floor plans into interactive 3D visualizations for leasing and sales. It is not a program you have to learn: you send us the plans and we deliver the 3D done, on its own link, for your website, your brochure and your prospects.
There are two ways to go from a floor plan to an interactive 3D office. Floor-plan and workplace software such as Smplrspace, Archilogic, RoomSketcher or laiout is used by your own team to build and maintain it. A studio such as Visedra does the work and delivers a presentation made for marketing the property. If you manage your own workplace or want to edit the plans yourself, software fits better; if you lease or sell and want the finished result, a studio does.
We are an interested party: Visedra is a studio that makes 3D viewers from floor plans. That is why we name the software only by its category, with no prices or features, and link their official websites at the end.

When software is the better choice
- You manage your own workplace: spaces, occupancy or desk booking.
- You want to edit the plans yourself whenever something changes, without depending on anyone.
- Someone on your team will learn the tool and keep it up to date.
In those cases a studio is not the answer: what you need is a day-to-day working tool, not a presentation for marketing.
When a studio is the better choice
- You lease or sell an office or a building and want to show it before the visit.
- You want the finished result without learning or maintaining a program.
- You need the building with its surroundings, the floor empty and furnished, or several layouts on the same link.
- The floor is not refurbished yet or does not exist: the plans are enough, with no visit to the property.
- You want prospects to open it on their phone, from your website, your brochure or a link, with nothing to install.
What a Visedra project includes
- You work directly with Manuel Sampedro, who reviews your material, builds the model and answers you himself.
- Up to 3 rounds of changes and 12 months of hosting.
- What comes from a dimensioned plan goes in as it is; anything we estimate, such as a missing ceiling height, we tell you about first and the viewer marks it.
- The examples on this site are concept demos designed by Visedra, not real properties.

Frequently asked questions
Can I get an interactive 3D office from a PDF floor plan?
Yes. A PDF of the plans is enough to start; photos and the listing help. If a measurement is missing, it is estimated and flagged in the delivery, so nobody takes it for a surveyed figure.
Do prospects need an app?
No. It opens in the browser on a phone or a computer. If a device cannot load the 3D, it shows images of the property instead.
Can it show the building exterior too?
Yes. We build the building with its street and surroundings, as well as its floors. If you own the building or hold the leasing mandate, we prepare a free sample of its exterior.
