It is a 3D virtual tour of the building and its offices that we build from the floor plans, photos or the listing, with no site visit and no 360 camera. That is why it also works for empty floors, spaces under construction and offices awaiting refurbishment. Prospects walk through it on your website or their phone, whenever suits them, and come to the visit knowing what they will see.

There is nothing to install. If a device cannot load the 3D, it shows images of the property instead.
What you need to send
Floor plans, photos or the property listing, whatever you have. A PDF of the plans is enough. If a measurement is missing, such as a ceiling height, we estimate it, tell you first and the tour flags it, so nobody takes it for a surveyed figure.

- 12 months of hosting. After that you renew only if you want to; it is never charged automatically.
How it differs from a scanned 360 tour
A 360 tour photographs or scans the space as it is, so the space has to exist and someone has to visit with a camera. The 3D tour is built from the plans and shows how it will look, empty, furnished or in another layout, although it is a recreation and does not replace a photo of the real space.

The examples on this site are concept demos designed by Visedra, not real properties for lease or sale. The example office has 24 workstations, two meeting rooms, a reception and a café, with or without furniture, plus its building; the seafront building shows the exterior with its surroundings, from morning to night.

It cannot be embedded inside the listing: both Spanish portals only accept tours from their list of compatible providers, and a hosted viewer such as Visedra’s is not on it. Use it from your listing, your brochure and your replies to prospects.
